Been here more than enough times in the past 2 months to sort out some pretty troublesome problems with my teeth, and the level of professionalism and service has been a major consolation to mitigate the pain I was going through. Every single person I encountered on all my visits were friendly, professional, and empathetic. Glad I chose to come here to seek treatment, because the level of care made a material difference in making me feel much less miserable in my condition.

I called the Yishun Central branch to check if I could get an earlier appointment for my root canal treatment due to the severe pain I was experiencing. The staff member who answered my call was incredibly helpful and managed to find an earlier slot for me. I’m truly grateful for their assistance, as the pain had become unbearable. A huge thank you to the person in charge!

I went to the dental clinic at Yishun & was attended by Dr Ian for my routine dental checks. He was professional & provided me good advice on managing proper oral care. Overall, the visit was good & comfortable. I knew I was well taken care of by Dr Ian during my entire visit. The nurses who were at the clinic are also efficient & detailed as they cater to various patients' needs. Kudos to the team!
