Kang Ren Dental Surgery

Have been using their services for more than 5 yrs. Wisdom tooth extraction, filling, polishing. My mum did an implant there, she often said that is the best decision she ever made. Quite shocked to find the rating is so low. The staffs are friendly, price is reasonable and no up-selling. 30 mins ago, an elderly lady was complaining that she was ignored. (Probably because she can't get a slot today by walk-in, there were 5 ppl waiting). Doing this review just because I find 2.9 is unfair for Kang Ren.

Booking of appointment wasn't so bad as what others mentioned in the review. Got the slot I wanted but last min wanted to do it earlier but no slot, still in the end the receptionist called in if I can come earlier I said okay. Dentist was soft spoken, friendly and gave good advice. Good cleaning and polishing service, wasn't too rough, makes me feel comfortable too. Thanks. After minus CHAS card and all, paid only $30.. shocking. Cheaper as compared to going to polyclinic. Awesome. Thanks. Can consider coming here again. Recommend those who want to try just give it a go.

Had a pleasant experience with my polishing and scaling treatment with Dr Koh who is very professional in her work. Dental assistant could position the suction abit better so as to prevent saliva from collecting in mouth and choking. Reception counter lady can be rather grumpy and somewhat dishonest. She quotes $23 for the dental x-ray but after the scan is done, she charges $46 for it and says it is because 2 x-ray scans were conducted, one for each side of the mouth.
