Neo Smiles is conveniently located, and the clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming. From start to finish, the whole experience felt very professional. Dr Shawn Tan is not only warm, efficient, and calming, but also incredibly attentive and patient. He takes the time to listen, explains treatment options in detail, and never rushes you through decisions. His gentle approach made the procedure smooth and stress-free, and I felt fully assured that I was in good hands. Dr Shawn combines skill with genuine care, which is rare to find in a dentist. I would definitely return, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and professional dentist.

The Neo Smiles Dental Studio team has been so supportive and helpful during my 2.5-year braces journey. Dr. Neo has always been gentle and professional when I return to my routine appointments. She is very reassuring and will inform me of what she will do next. The clinical staff team is also lovely and friendly. I mainly visit the Bedok clinic, and the staff will offer to change my appointments to the Serangoon clinic whenever I have work commitments. I am really thankful to them.
