Had my cracked crown tooth extraction today. Wonderful experience with no pain felt. Before extraction, Dr Patricia Ong gave a smoothing explanation the process and everything was done within 20mins. Thank you for the nice and painless experience

Dr Ong has been attending to my whole family for the past 4 years. She's very gentle, cheery, thorough and fast, and always makes sure you feel as comfortable and painless as possible with whatever procedure needs to be done. When my youngest child started out her first few teeth cleaning sessions being very difficult and refused to open her mouth, Dr Ong was very gentle and patient throughout, and now my child has started looking forward to her sessions, thanks to Dr Ong's perseverance. Her current charges for blue chas holders are also great - no top up required for children for regular cleaning, and although there is a top up for adults required depending on the level of cleaning needed, it's always affordable. Highly recommend.

The procedure was smooth and professionally done, and I felt well cared for the entire time. Since then, I have been consistent with the usual scaling and polishing treatments every 6 months.
