I went in today and unexpectedly had to undergo a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Low. From the start, the staff were friendly and professional, which helped ease my nerves. Dr Low was swift and highly skilled during the procedure. The extraction was done smoothly, and she consistently checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate her patience, reassurance, and professionalism throughout the entire process! 5/5 stars. I would definitely recommend Dr Low to anyone considering wisdom tooth extraction!

During CNY, my helper experienced a bad toothache. I called several dental clinics, and this clinic was the only one able to offer the earliest appointment. The staff who handled my call was extremely helpful and patient, which I truly appreciated. On the day of the appointment, Dr Lee Bing Wen Jon was equally patient, taking time to clearly explain the tooth extraction procedure to both my helper and me. The overall experience was reassuring and pleasant. Because of this, I’ve decided to switch my dentist to this clinic.
