Absolutely blown away by my first experience at WonderSmile! Located just outside Raffles Place MRT, WonderSmile was easy to find. Super convenient! The office itself was super cozy and Mel was extremely helpful and welcoming! Not many people are comfortable with showing their teeth to someone else, much less taking a photo/getting scans of them, but Mel was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Her telling me that she had her own scans taken before to get a feel of what her clients would feel really helped too, because she could empathise with how we would feel. Mel was upfront about the cost and broke down the difference between the night and day plan. She outlined everything I would be able to expect throughout the treatment plan, from what would happen if I was not eligible to what would happen at the end of my treatment. It was an absolute pleasure to come down to WonderSmile today to meet with Mel and discuss my teeth. Much much more pleasant than a visit to the dentist haha. If anyone out there is looking to realign their teeth, I'd definitely recommend WonderSmile! Thanks for a great experience and I look forward to the good news about my eligibility!
Had a great experience with the first visit to check if I’m eligible for WonderSmile. The whole process was explained in details so I have a full picture of what to expect next. Recommended for people who are okay with adjustments made to their front 6 teeth only
I signed up for a promotional package last year which included Treatment Guarantee and 3 sets of free retainers. I have completed treatment in September 2022 and the outcome was different from the 3D Scan that was provided and I requested for a treatment to adjust my teeth but was told that the office is closed and that I will be informed when it opens again. There was no more further updates since then and now that I am reaching six months on the first retainer, I wrote in to ask about the treatment and was told that there is a change in management and there is no more Treatment Guarantee. I don't think it is fair to do this just because there is a change in management. Your existing customers should be able to still enjoy what was promised to them. Also, I have been asking for the new retainers but there is no reply.
