I have been a patient of West Coast Dental since 2009, and up until today, their care and attention to patients are still very commendable. The receptionist was sweet and attentive, and I appreciate Dr. Lim’s time in patiently explaining my condition. The dental assistant was careful and gentle as well. No doubt I still place my trust in their treatments. 🤗

Strongly recommended! Listen👂🏻and accommodate 👐🏻 patient need. Rectification process takes time. Perhaps my case is not ideal, I have an attention and an exceptional care by doctor Lim, and it’s progressing well 👍🏻 different approach to make an entire rectification process on track and perfectly fine. Receptionist had put an additional effort on communication regardless non-native speaker 👏🏻

The wait at clinic for appointments are way too long! You can end up waiting more than 30 minutes. When it is about your turn, it was way too quick. Infection control is poor! Dentist was touching everywhere with his dirty gloves. The whole clinic needs to be sanitized! Please be careful. Not sure whether the clinic equipments are sanitized properly!
