Booked a last minute appointment and am very lucky they have a slot for me! Went down in 15 mins and I have to say they impressed me right from WhatsApp. They know it's my first time visiting the clinic and even sent me a video guide on how to get to the clinic from orchard mrt. (Just wow) Everyone in the clinic is also extremely friendly and approachable. Doctor Wilson helped with my teeth cleaning and his skill is extremely good. This is quite frankly the first time I can feel that the cleaning is gentle yet meticulous at the same time. During the cleaning, the dental assistance even checked in on me asking if I'm doing OK. Again, wow. It's my first time here but I will definitely revisit again. You're basically underpaying what turns out to be exceptional. I've been to expensive specialist, reputable chain dental and this turns out to be better. 100% worth the price and worth a visit.

This is my first time here. My tooth fillings dropped off just before the weekend. Wesmile at Orchard was able to give me the soonest appointment on Monday morning. At polyclinic the waiting time is 6 months. I thought I could use my CDC voucher here but was told I can’t. The price is twice that I paid at a polyclinic for a similar service even after CHAS discount. I went ahead cos I needed the fillings done. Also the service here is really not bad. The dentist Dr Hay Ley was very professional and explained everything I needed to know before she started to treat my tooth. The price difference is acceptable considering the superb wait time given to me and the impeccable service I received at the clinic. I will definitely return here if needed in future. I strongly recommend this place if you want a shorter waiting time and professional service.
