WeSmile Dental Care — Bedok

I’m just ended my FIRST appointment with WeSmile Bedok via their WeSmile Essential package. I was attended by Dr Hayley Low, who is very meticulous in checking all my medical details/history as it was my first visit. She’s very careful & gentle knowing that I was a bit nervous. Also explained to me in detail on the x-ray and taking photos while checking my teeth so that she could show me during our discussion. Overall, I had a very comfortable & satisfactory FIRST visit with Dr Hayley Low. Highly recommended indeed.

Made an appointment for standard xray and cleaning 2 weeks out. Timely reminder and confirmation was provided by the staff to ensure that I don’t miss the appointment! Dr Wilson Lai attended to me and I will have to say that he is highly professional, skilled and provided very good advice to me. Highly recommended!

A very positive experience We Smile Dental Clinic! I was really anxious but dentist Krystle was warm and patient throughout and took time to calmly explain each step before and during the treatment. This made the whole process feel much more manageable and less intimidating. After the cleaning, she also provided a thorough explanation of the condition of my teeth and the treatments that might be necessary (e.g., wisdom tooth extraction). She also suggested subsidised options for treatment at the polyclinic rather than solely pushing for treatments at the clinic, which was really considerate :D Overall, it was a reassuring experience, especially for someone who felt quite apprehensive at the start! Highly recommended!
