TWC Implant & Dental Center — Yishun

First time visit TWC Implant & Dental Center. Have done my dental treatment there by Dr Tan & Dr Lai they are ( professional ) In term of explaining or process all in detail and caring as well. Through out the whole process I am very satisfied.

I managed to book a slot for a cleaning before the year ends. Dr Lai was very thorough and meticulous when doing the cleaning. Was also very friendly and made sure that the experience was comfortable throughout. Giving assurance every now and then. Manning the front desk was Ms Filzati and Ms Meimei whom made it even more wholesome. The icing to the cake. Thankful to have come across this little gem in Yishun. Do check them out, they’re very professional yet empathetic and kind. They are also very transparent with their pricing and they’re also under CHAS. Can even use CDC voucher.

I had a great experience at TWC Implant and Dental Surgery at Yishun branch. I came in for a gum grafting, implant and was quite nervous, but the dentist took time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was very clean and well-organized. The procedure was virtually painless, and my recovery went smoothly. I really appreciated how clearly the costs were explained beforehand. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care. Highly recommended.
