Tripod Dental Clinic — Circuit Road

i recently gathered the courage to visit Tripod Dental, i was attended by Dr Ellice Goh and her team. i’ve been avoiding dentists for years due to severe dental anxiety so even before the treatment started, i was already tearing up from fear 😭 but the whole team was incredibly patient and kind. they took the time to calm me down, reassured me and made sure i was comfortable throughout. the treatment was painless which honestly helped me a lot. for some context, my dental fear started about 3 years ago after a bad experience at KTPH. i had an RCT done back then and the filling suddenly fell off one night in august this year. since this clinic was nearby, i walked in and was attended by Dr Loke Shu Yi, who did a good job and made me feel like i could trust Tripod Dental. she also told me the previous RCT was incomplete and advised me to come back for proper treatment. unfortunately, my fear caused me to avoid dental visits completely for the past few years. recently, the same tooth started feeling uncomfortable again, remembering my previous experience with Dr Loke was what finally pushed me to seek treatment at Tripod. thank you so much to Dr Ellice Goh and her team for being so patient, gentle and reassuring during my visit and also to Dr Loke Shu Yi for the care and professionalism during my earlier visit that gave me the confidence to return. i really appreciate all the patience and care shown. see you again at the next visit, hopefully no tears next time🥺

Went for my appointment today. Dr Chow was very clear & detailed with his explanations. He advised me clearly on what needs to be done and what’s the best step to take. Throughout the procedure, he was very patient, kind & thoughtful. Kept on asking to make sure that I wasn’t in too much pain while scaling my tooth. The chinese lady with short hair at the reception was also very clear with the pricing & was also a good assistant to the doctor throughout. Looking forward to my next appointment here!
