Actually didn’t plan on leaving this review but I was impressed, and these opinions weren’t solicited by the staff - purely my own. Skip to the end for TDLR if you’re not keen on the story! I made an appointment via Whatsapp about 2 days before my planned visit with no particular dentist in mind. On the day of the appointment, I reached 15 minutes before my slot. Unfortunately, I eventually got frustrated and decided I couldn’t keep waiting, because the preceding slot had overrun. I waited for about 1h 15 mins in total (they had multiple rooms and I thought surely one would call me soon 🥲), then decided I didn’t want to wait anymore. I eventually made another appointment at the counter and left. The receptionist definitely sensed my frustration as she was apologetic during my wait and before I left. 30 mins later, I received a phone call from the dentist herself - apologizing and explaining that the extraction before me was particularly difficult and it was not foreseen and so had to be converted to a minor surgery on the spot. She offered a one-time discount on the rescheduled appointment as a gesture of goodwill, and assured me that she would make note of it in my records that day. Fast forward a week later, my appointment started punctually; I got an x-ray, a filling patched up and did basic scaling and polishing all within 40 minutes. Dr Lee and her DA had great bedside manner and a reassuring presence, taking care to explain the next steps in the procedure, what to anticipate, and answered my questions on previous dental problems I had concerns about. The visit never felt rushed nor the staff mechanistic. I’ve already made my next appointment 6 months in advance LOL. TL;DR: Had an unpleasant initial encounter but the team went one step further to make it right (I legit didn’t ask for it ok lol). While it’s possible they made the extra effort to ensure my previous encounter didn’t leave a lingering bad taste (ha - get it), I also feel kind of confident they would mete out this level of professionalism and service standards to all their patients alike. I’ve been seeing Dr Ng Qiu Ting for almost 8 years now, and she has always been so assuring and meticulous in her care. She’s the only dentist I go to for all my dental needs because of the excellent care she and her team provide. Every visit puts me at ease, even though I usually feel anxious about dental treatments. Most recently, I had my wisdom tooth surgery done by her and I couldn’t be more thankful. She made the whole process so comfortable, it was painless, and the recovery went really smoothly. Huge thanks also to Nurse Selena, who offered kind words of support during the surgery, it rlly made a difference! 🥹 Really grateful to Dr Ng and her team for their excellent care all these years. They make every dental visit so much less daunting. Highly recommend!

The doctors and team and admin are professional , polite and decisive. Eg. Dr Leong during consultation. Overall it’s a good experience 👍👍👍 Dr Leng and her dental team is assuring. Dr Leng is calm, skilful and does molar tooth extraction swiftly and painlessly. Kudos to her and team 👍👍👍 thank you very much.
