I had a great experience with The Braces Practice from start to finish. The orthodontist and staff are professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made every visit comfortable. Appointments were well organized, and the clinic is clean and welcoming. I’m very happy with the progress and results of my braces and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Had a great experience in my braces journey following Dr Tay from Holland V outlet to now The Linq at Beauty World. Amazing service overall and customers were always greeted with a smile: by the front counter staff, dental assistants and Dr Tay herself. Appointment reminders were always given nearer to appointment dates on WhatsApp so I never miss out on my appointments ever. Thank you so much for your help in straightening my teeth out 😁

Extremely pleasant experience having The Braces Practice (Dr Lih) take me through my braces journey!! :) Dr Lih was very friendly, and approachable, and was also very patient in sharing all the details and things to take note of, which made the whole experience a very smooth and enjoyable one!
