We are incredibly grateful to Dr Teo for the care he showed our son. He was very patient and took the time to explain the procedure and risks clearly, which gave us a lot of reassurance as worried parents. He was gentle, thorough, and so kind to our child, making a stressful situation much easier for all of us. The surgery went as smoothly as it could, even though our son had a cold, and he also arranged follow ups to make sure his recovery was going well. Kitty was also wonderful and truly caring. She went out of her way to check in on our son and made sure his fever had subsided after the surgery. Her kindness meant a lot to us. Thank you for the genuine care, professionalism, and compassion to the entire team. We felt our son was in very safe hands. Highly recommended.
