One of the best dental experience I had. From the enquiry till the time they gave me my meds. I am very traumatized from my previous dental experiences. But Dr Ong and his assistant was very assuring and gentle. I barely felt any pain during the administration of the anesthesia. Extraction was fast and well executed. Ladies at the front office were also very friendly and helpful. The color of clinic was bright and happy which made me feel less stressed too. They definitely understand my fear and made it a better experience as possible. I will definitely recommend this place and absolutely come back. Thank you.

The best dentist experience ever! Doc is very caring and very clear in his explanations of treatment plans and costs. Tooth extraction was very gently done and swift to cause minimal pain, and the nurse held on to me and comforted me and kept me calm. Receptionists are also very caring and followed up with text messages on post treatment care and also texted post visit to check on how I was doing. A truly great experience that far exceeded my expectations, have already recommended them to friends! Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr Sean is the most gentle and reassuring dentist I have ever come across in my life. He walked me through every step of my dental surgery, updating me on what he’s doing and his progress without flooding me with information, yet enough just to ease my anxiety. He showed genuine care and warmth, which is so needed in his line of profession. The nurses and staff (esp Alice) are so calming and lovely too. Even down to the admin who answers questions and share reminders via WhatsApp — everyone is so friendly. Such a rare gem of a team. I will definitely be back for regular scaling and check-ups.
