Environment clean and tidy. Frontdesk is so friendly and the assistant makes me feel comfortable in the procedure. All the doctors were extremely gentle and took the time to address all my concerns. I had a really pleasant visit at Smile Craft Dental Junction 9 and I want to thank Nurse Evelyn in particular. Evelyn is very attentive and gentle — she always had a warm smile and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She took time to explain each step and aftercare clearly, which helped ease any nervousness. The dentist was professional too and explained everything in a simple, straightforward way. The whole clinic runs efficiently — from booking and reception to treatment, everything flowed smoothly and I didn’t feel like I was waiting forever. The place is clean and the staff are friendly, which made the experience relaxed and reassuring.
