I had a great experience! Dentist was very friendly, and meticulous about the cleaning. Usually I am very nervous about going for dental but she was so patient about the treatment.

I restarted my dental health journey quite literally with Smile Street back in 2017 after struggling with dental trauma for a really long time and Dr Lee was very comprehensive in both her consultations and explaining the procedures. She's very caring and consistently listens out for my concerns (I have a swallowing phobia and am nervous around local anesthesia administration) and allows me to take my time and talks me through. I have gotten fillings, root canals, wisdom tooth extractions, routine cleaning and even my got my smile fixed with them for my wedding. I'm a hard biter and I have bruxism so I wear down my teeth faster than I'd like to, but her repairs are often straight to the point and excellently functional for teeth grinders like me for a really long time. Both she and Peter provide comforting customer service that is both heartfelt and efficient. I used to work at The Rochester Mall and it always comforts me to know they're just round the corner ready to assist with any dental discomfort and I still return to them for appointments even after moving places since! Prices are okay, and you can use CHAS, Merdeka and Pioneer cards. Very reassuring clinic too, woody and spa-like. I have recommended many friends and family members alike over the years and they've all enjoyed their dental experience at Smile Street. They would also go the extra mile for emergencies you can barely find help for when you need it the most. Long overdue but I'm grateful to this clinic for making traumatic dental experiences a thing of the past and for always looking out for me. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏻
