I had been seeing Dr. Rex Tan for many years on and off but still return because of his caring with sincerity, great skills and professionalism. He would ensure explaining your dental issues comprehensively so you know the treatment well. Every few years he would update his practice with new tools to offer optimum treatment. Like today he deployed a tiny optical gadget to put on screen in order to let me view my “aging” wearing off teeth so I could appreciate the fillings needed. Wonderful! 👍 👍 👍 Ichiban!

Caring, knowledgeable and reassuring dentistry at its best. Dr Tan has three extraordinary qualities that distinguish he and his practice from any other, not just dental practice, but medical practice, that i have engaged. Perhaps most noticeably, he is customer-centric and caring. He actually cares about his patients and it comes through in his manner, his treatment and his entire practice. For patients and customers this is both reassuring and calming. Second, he and his colleagues are technically excellent. You know going in that you will be receiving the highest calibre treatment from professionals who stay up to date with the latest treatments and technologies. And, he is reliably consistent. And consistent in his excellence. It doesn't matter what else may be going on, Dr Tan devotes his entire attention and focus to ensuring the best possible outcome. In the midst of a recent extended treatment when i was between sessions and admittedly a little nervous (although i thought i had hidden that well enough), Dr Tan was travelling overseas but nevertheless while on leave took the time to reach out and check on me before boarding his flight, and again a week later while in the middle of his vacation. I cannot recommend Dr Tan or his practice Smile Inc highly enough.
