Dr Sufie was great, very professional! He made sure I was comfortable the entire process of my dental implant, and I felt no pain at all! Great experience, with super reasonable prices too!

My first visit to this clinic. Needed a cleansing and happened to see the ad on FB. Location and price seemed OK after enquiring online. On that fateful day I went the shop was dimly lit. Counter staff was busy watching her stuffs online. Waited more than 15 mins for the Lady Dr who was not serving any patients then. The whole scaling and polishing process was quite SOP and completed within 20 minutes. The Dr was a lady of few words and was quiet throughout. Duly paid my bill which amounted to $185. It was kindof higher than I expected. From past experience at other private clinics the cost is about $120-140 on average, maybe at most $150 hence was rather surprised by the billing. Breakdown as follows: 1)Mouthwash $5 2)Scaling+Polishing $110 3)Prophy Jet $35 4)Topical Fluoride $35 TOTAL $185. I was surprised to see the mouthwash included in the billing. Have visited different private clinics in my life but none of the dentists included this as part of the billing. Granted, we could reject the item but since I was rushing for time I did not question. It was just a tiny bottle for $5. I am not sure how superior the ingredients are compared to those you could buy in the retail markets for a few dollars more but a few times this size. This will be my last visit to Smile. The billing was steeper than I expected. Environment was not exactly conducive and the overall experience was very very average. My overall star rating 2.8 out of 5.

Horrible horrible service at this clinic by Dr Yang and her staffs. Arrived at 1:50pm for my appointment at 2:00pm but found the clinic to be CLOSED even though staffs were seen inside. Even at 2:00pm they were still not open even tho they could see me standing outside. They opened the doors and let me in at 2:05pm. Left me sitting at the waiting area while they were standing around chatting, clearing trash, doing their own thing until 2:15/2:20? Then Dr Yang and her dental assistant started the standard scaling and polishing and were super distracted and chatting that they knocked my tooth super hard with the UV machine and repeatedly scratched my gums with the suction machine. I’ve been to other dentists and I know the regular scaling and polishing, especially suctioning isn’t supposed to hurt until I automatically jerked and yelled “ouch”. The dentist asked “oh what happened? What hurt you?”. When I told her the dental assistant poked my gums with the suction, she said oh next time raise your hand if you want to say something! WTH? Then she proceeded to do a half assed filling on a visible front facing top tooth that is super rough and not smoothed out. I can see the uneven filling, cured over my gum. Her scaling and polishing was also terrible. I went in for the $75 treatment and ended up paying $250! For the scaling and polishing, 2 filling and mouthwash. AFTER I PAID, I found out I was charged for a mouthwash that I didn’t ask for nor did she say she was prescribing it to me. TERRIBLE people who do not care that they causing you pain and literally hurting you, and do not take pride in their work. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CLINIC! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
