I’ve been coming to Shang Dental for my dental appointments (teeth cleaning + consultations) and this place never disappoints. They’re always punctual for my appointments and have excellent service staff as well!

I had a great experience at Shang Dental Kallang. The receptionist, Josephine is very professional yet genuinely friendly, and she attends to your needs promptly, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable. The doctors are excellent as well — they take the time to understand your concerns, explain the best course of treatment, and ensure you feel fully satisfied with the care provided. I have been a faithful loyal customer at Shang dental clinic (Kallang Bahru branch) for years since they opened. My experience here in this clinic has been wonderful. Dr Terence, Dr Cho have been very professional, patient, gentle, attentive and caring dentists/ andorthodontist, (because I have always been scared of pain and dentist since young ). But Dr Terence has always been very gentle attentive and professional, to alleviate my fears when attending to my teeth/ gums issues. The receptionist Ms Josephine is also a very patient and friendly lady who will alwaysclarify on my questions and queries. Overall it has been a great experience for me, and I also introduced my friends to this dental clinic (who all have a pleasant experience)
