I was looking for a dentist near my house. I came across this clinic in Rivervale, and after checking the reviews, most of them were negative. I believe in experiencing something for myself rather than relying solely on others’ opinions. So, despite the negative reviews, I decided to give this clinic a try today. I’m happy to say I am very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Teo. He is very kind and professional. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, and it’s your choice whether or not to proceed. He also emphasized that he is just sharing advice, not criticizing. It was definitely worth it and affordable . Thank you to Dr. Teo and his wonderful assistant. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge on how to take care of my teeth and explaining the long-term health effects of not doing so

My family has been under Dr Teo's care for almost 15 years. He was always patient with us, showed a lot of concern, and was professional and skilful throughout. Whenever any of us had tooth-related issues, he'd be the one we would see and never once have we regretted it. Before commencing any treatment, he would also explain the procedure and pricing - a true sign that he respects his patients. And his injections are painless too. Highly recommended!

I feel bad whenever public posted poor review in regardless of which type of trade. I am a regular customer of this clinic and follow up my annual checkup with this clinic. I am satisfied with Dr Teo and his assistant service. Dr Teo is able to answer my queries if I m in doubt. He is patient to explain to me. His assistant Wendy is friendly too. My husband who has experience sudden gum infection and his dentist is only available in two week time and his dentist staff say in the meantime my husband can visit GP to get antibiotics. As he can't bear the swelling, I recommend him to Dr Teo. This is his first time encounter with this clinic. My husband says that he is very satisfied with Dr Teo service and he is well attended by Doctor. Hope that public can try this clinic and experience yourself despite of the posted poor review.
