I recently completed my braces treatment at Royce Dental Yishun under the care of Dr. Emily Ng, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Ng is not only highly professional but also very kind and approachable. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout. The thoroughness in their checking and attention to detail were impressive, and I appreciated the personalized care. Dr. Ng’s warm, patient-focused approach made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend Royce Dental Yishun and Dr. Ng to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

I hate going to see the dentist. Never a good experience. Until, I went to Royce Dental. It was my first dental visit after almost ten years! I had issue with my wisdom tooth that needed to be removed with another decaying tooth. The team from the receptionist (Jenny), she was welcoming, serving with a smile, patience about explaining the bills and questions I had, to the orthodontist who attended to me, were professional at their job! Especially to Dr Christine Jeanne Lee. She was gentle, calm, and assuring! Post surgery wasn't much of any pain, just mere soreness which was expected. Due to their professionalism, I will now be seeing them again every six months, and am considering to get my braces done from them! What a top notch experience. Well done!

Royce Dental Surgery provided an excellent service. Since Friday, September 2, 2022, I've had a mild to severe toothache. I went to see my regular dentist on Saturday, September 3, 2022, first thing in the morning about the problem. However, due to his age, he does not perform root canals and crowning. While I was looking for a specialist, the doctor only prescribed pain relievers, antibiotics, and anti-swelling pills to help relieve my pain. Sunday, September 4, 2022, I'm searching for a dentist open on Sunday who can treat my toothache. The best part is that I discovered Royce Dental Surgery, which has consistently received positive feedback for their services. As a result, I call one of their Yishun outlets in the hopes of obtaining a slot. And I'm very fortunate to have secured a slot at 4:30 p.m. on the day. I went there and was attended by Dr Christine Lee and her nursing assistant. After I explained my situation to Dr Christine, Dr Christine thoroughly explained the root canal and crowning surgery process to me after taking my x-ray. After speaking with Dr Christine, the counter assistant assisted me in booking an earlier appointment for my root canal at Serangoon Gardens on September 12, 2022 at 4:00pm, which I find a little late but better than not having. Days before September 12, 2022, I received a call from the clinic informing me that my appointment could be moved to September 7, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. due to an available slot, which I accepted. Dr Huang Shuyan, an Endodontist, saw me on September 7, 2022. Before the surgery begins. She went over the entire process with me once more to set my expectations and timeline. Throughout the procedure, Dr Huang Shuyan will always check in with me to see if I am okay and will also highlight the next step of her procedure to me. The entire procedure took about 2 hours, and I felt safe and painless throughout. Not forgetting Dr Huang Shuyan's nursing assistant, who is thoughtful and knowledgeable about the entire procedure. What I can say is that the nursing assistant knows the surgery procedure very well, and she also highlighted some procedures that the doctor skipped, whether the doctor missed it or skipped it. Dr. Huang Shuyan and her nursing assistant are both polite to one another. Thank you for relieving my pain, Dr. Huang Shuyan and her nursing assistant. On the same evening, I returned to Dr Christine in Yishun to complete some of my filing and to schedule an appointment for my crowning. September 08, 2022, went back to see Dr Christine at Yishun again for the crowning. Dr Christine, like Dr Huang Shuyan, went over the entire crowning process before beginning. She also discussed the materials I should use for my crown (Gold, Porcelain and Porcelain fused to metal). There are 2 round of crowning procedures need to be conducted. The first round is to create a crown using the mold. The actual crown will be fixed into the affected tooth after 10 to 14 days. The entire procedure took about 1.5 hours. The nursing assistant to Dr. Christine is also thoughtful and knowledgeable about the entire procedure. She understands the procedure and what she needs to do next. Overall, I'd like to express my gratitude to Dr Christine (@Yishun), Dr Huang Shuyan (@Serangoon Gardens), and their nursing assistant for their exceptional skill, knowledge, expertise, gentleness, and patience. Not to mention that the clinic is clean, and their equipment is new and high-tech in comparison to the typical dental clinic that I have visited for years. I'd also like to thank the counter assistant for assisting me with the booking, payment and claims. Last but not least, I wholeheartedly endorse Royce Dental Surgery. I believe I will visit them more frequently in the future for my dental needs. I will refer them to my friends and bring my family to Royce Dental Surgery for their dental needs.
