I had a very pleasant experience at Royce Dental (Blk 328 Clementi). Dr. Valerie Shao was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. I really appreciate her attention to detail and frequently checked in on how I was feeling throughout the dental procedure. That really helped me feel comfortable and well cared for. Both Dr. Valerie and her assistant showed great professionalism from start to finish. I would also like to compliment Hayati at the front desk for her excellent service. She was very prompt and efficient in her communication via WhatsApp and helped me get registered smoothly without any hassle. Overall, an outstanding dental experience and great team!
