Love it here. Dr Fang KaiQi is super gentle and my experience is very pleasant. She even provided recommendations on my other dental related issues. Appreciate it loads. The counter staff, dental assistants are all friendly too. Highly recommended.

I was 1/2 hour late for my appointment as I had forgotten about it. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate to my appointment despite the lateness and completed the services in the package, within 15 minutes or so. The whole process was thorough and dentist explained the procedures. The service was exceptional- from the dentist, to X-ray personnel, Dental assistant and the counter staff. Highly recommended. Will consult them again. TLDR: Visited on 12/9/2025, 7;00PM but was late by 1/2 hour. Dental staff proceeded with the service and completed within 15-20 minutes, in time for their next appointment. I wouldn't recommend being late for the appointment as it affects their subsequent appointments.

It’s my first time of extracting wisdom tooth involved surgery, to fix decay next to wisdom tooth. Dr Fan KaiQi briefed me patiently on the dental procedure, and made the surgery a pleasant experience by applying dumbing gels before local anaesthesia, informing me before potential mild discomfort and her good dental skills.
