I’m thankful for Dr Chan Wai Seng’s exceptional professional skills and his genuine care for his patients. It was a painless wisdom tooth extraction and unnoticeable recovery experience for me. Dr Chan is empathetic, patient, calming and informative. Empathetic ❤️ recognizing my state and easing my concerns. ⁠Patient 🙏 ensuring my comfort and providing a stress-free experience. ⁠Calming 😌 helping reduce my anxiety and fostering a relaxed environment. ⁠Informative 📚 clearly explaining the procedure, setting expectations, and outlining what to expect both during and after. ______________________ On Wednesday, 19 Mar, I walked into the dental clinic, feeling unsure about the wisdom tooth extraction ahead. However, Dr. Chan greeted me warmly when I met him. After a brief chat, he took an X-ray of my teeth. The image clearly showed that one of my wisdom teeth was positioned in a way that could cause problems if left untreated. He explained that the tooth could be extracted, and if any complications arose during the procedure, surgery might be required immediately. When he spoke, I felt an unexpected sense of calm. There was no sense of rush, no heavy-handed urgency. He took his time explaining everything, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. As I laid back in the chair and opened my mouth, the local anesthesia was administered, and everything seemed to slow down in the a relaxing way. The procedure was over before I knew it. There was no pain, just a slight pressure. I felt surprisingly comfortable as I sat up. He gave me some painkillers and instructed me to take them an hour later, once the local anesthesia wore off, or as needed. Five days later, I realized I had only taken the painkiller once! I haven’t experienced any pain—just slight swelling on my face during the first two days, which was barely noticeable. 🍃 During the recovery, I’ve been able to enjoy my food without any issues at all! 🍴😋

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5stars for hygiene , service and affordable teeth checkup and cleaning fees. they provide fees for today’s cleaning before start. i like that they are transparent with fees or quote. very satisfied with the service at Royce Dental at level four. our family will return for regular teeth maintenance.

From my very first interaction with the clinic—starting with the WhatsApp chat with the receptionist to the actual dental session—the entire experience was impeccable. The receptionist was warm and friendly both online and in person, which immediately put me at ease. As I had mentioned that I have a very low tolerance for pain, they thoughtfully arranged for me to see Dr. Abigail. I have to say, she was incredibly gentle and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my two molars, walked me through the treatment process, and offered helpful suggestions. During the session, when they noticed how anxious I was, the team even handed me a stress ball and checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference. Overall, I had such a positive experience here and will definitely be recommending this clinic to my colleagues who live in the west!
