First visit to Dr Dawn Lum at Royce Serangoon Gardens. Received a call one day before to confirm appointment. On the day itself, I got a bit lost looking for the clinic and was late for almost 30 min! Reception called to check if I was alright and very kindly told me it was ok. When I arrived, registration was smooth and the staff patiently waited for me to update particulars and medical history. Dr Dawn Lum is very professional yet personable; can tell she’s passionate about what she does! Particularly loved that she clearly and meticulously explained each step that’s gonna be taken, so there’s NO surprises. She didn’t just point out the issues I have but also explained the possible causes and suggested treatments so that I was well-informed. She’s also skillful and gentle as can be — I tend to tense up at previous dental clinics and my experience with Dr Lum is by far the most comfortable and pleasant! Thank you for your patience :)

I had a great experience with Dr. Huang. She took the time to explain every procedure in detail, which really helped put me at ease. She was extremely gentle while repairing my molar filling, and I appreciated her careful approach. She also ruled out a root canal, explaining that it could cause more damage to the tooth, which I found very reassuring and thoughtful. I’m hopeful my toothache will continue to improve after this visit. Highly recommend Dr. Huang for her professionalism, patience, and gentle care.

Both Doctors Huang and Dawn are outstanding with great bedside manners. Dr Huang was very much thorough, calm and meticulous in her examination, complete and patient with her explanation of the issues and laying out of my options going forward. It was an empowering and educational experience with her. Dr Dawn set me at ease for my extraction and was a consummate professional with a disarming way of being that settled any nervous anxiety on my part. It was a confidence-building experience with her. The receptionists were also friendly and welcoming. This dentistry is very much recommeded!
