🦷 Q&M Dental @ Towner – Dr Joey Really good experience here! Dr Joey is super professional and patient — he explained everything clearly, from what caused my tooth to decay to what needs to be done next. He’s also great with implants and uses a quality brand that’s still reasonably priced compared to other clinics. The clinic itself is well-equipped (they have a solid X-ray setup), and the nurses were really friendly and made the whole visit comfortable. Overall, service was smooth and professional — definitely recommend if you're looking for reliable dental care!

Update: I previously encountered an issue during an earlier visit and mentioned it in my review. The clinic followed up promptly, listened to my concerns, and Dr. Phng has addressed the matter. I am satisfied with how professionally the team handled my concerns. I was quite disappointed with my recent visit for teeth cleaning with Dr. Mervin phng. The entire procedure was completed in about 10 minutes, which felt far too rushed. Because it was done so quickly, I didn’t feel that the cleaning was thorough or detailed. For the price and expectation of proper dental care. Honestly it is too expensive. I had hoped for a more careful and complete treatment. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. I hope the clinic can improve the quality and thoroughness of their services in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chien Jou (Joey) Chen. He was very gentle, patient, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was smooth and painless, and his attention to detail really showed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist! He went the extra mile to get my problem fixed that matters the most ! Thank you guys
