Excellent tooth care experience as always, never fail my expectations given Q&M name as an established and well rounded player in the industry. Where theres a need, i can always trust that they are equipped with all necessary specialised tools and equipment like X-ray, be it filling up a cracked tooth etc. I’m also pleasantly surprised that they have good electronic data management system, with my teeth records at other O&M outlets readily available, the dentist can remind me on what was previously done to the concerned tooth and make informed decisions to either remove or perform filling. First going to this dental clinic instead of my usual as needed an urgent appointment for my gum pain. Before the actual appointment, I called them first the day before, even though appointments are highly recommended, they could put you on a waiting list on the same day in the event an appointment gets cancelled, which is a good attempt rather than turning away immediately. They also recommended calling other nearby clinics. The receptionist was also pleasant. During my appointment, my dentist (didn’t manage to get her name) was professional and polite. She explained to me everything she was going to do and recommended what was best for my teeth after providing all the information. Great experience for a first-timer, smooth visit. I highly recommend calling in first whether they have slots for walk-in, make it easier for both parties. They’ll send an SMS to confirm your appointment date and time afterwards.
