Visited the Q&M clinic at NEX! I would like to give a 5 star review for the services and rendered by Dr Roy and Gustine! The issue I had was my 9 years old son had an issue with his milk tooth and needed to be extracted. The procedure was fast, child friendly and very welcoming reception! Patiently explained all that is required for follow up care. Really loved it and will rate very high! Immediately decided to consult Invisaligner for my 16 years old daughter.

I had my first wisdom tooth surgery with Dr Valencia Chan today and I’m honestly so glad I went to her. My tooth was a difficult one, hidden deep in the gums, so I was really anxious before the appointment. But Dr Valencia was calm, reassuring and incredibly skilful. Before we even started, she took the time to clearly explain the whole process and what I would feel. That really helped me relax. During the surgery, she checked in often and talked me through each step, and to my surprise, there was very little discomfort at all. The nurses at Q&M were also patient and thorough when they went through the meds with me. I walked out thinking, “wow that went way better than I expected.” I’ve already recommended Dr Valencia to my sister, and she’ll be seeing her next for her wisdom tooth too. That’s how confident I am after today’s experience. Thank you, Dr Valencia, for making something scary feel so manageable. Truly appreciate it. :’)
