We had an unexpected emergency when my child had a minor accident during PE and injured his teeth and lips. With no dental clinics available at that time (around 1:10 PM), we decided to try our luck at Q&M, even though they were only due to open at 2 PM. To our surprise, Miss Jun and Dr. Joey Chien graciously welcomed us in after hearing our situation. Their empathy and willingness to help on such short notice was truly commendable. Dr. Joey Chien was incredibly patient and reassuring—not just with our child, but also with my wife and me throughout the entire process. He clearly explained each step, handled the treatment with care, and made a stressful situation much more manageable. The issue was quickly and professionally addressed, and we left feeling extremely relieved and grateful. We’re deeply appreciative of the team at Q&M and will definitely return for their range of services. Thank you, Dr. Joey and Miss Jun, for going above and beyond!

I was feeling a little worried before extracting my wisdom tooth, but the entire team was very supportive and created a conducive environment for the procedure.
