Q & M Dental Surgery — Old Airport Road

Every six months, I visit Dr. Karan for my usual scaling and polishing at Nex. He has always been extremely professional, gentle, and patient and that is why I’ve continued following him all these years. Today, I went for my wisdom tooth extraction. Because of a very bad experience with my first extraction, the fear has been haunting me for a long time. I shared my worries with Dr. Karan, and he was so reassuring and encouraging. He kept reminding me not to be scared and that he would go slowly. And true enough, he really helped calm me down and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I can only give the entire experience a big thumbs up. I’m no longer afraid of my next wisdom tooth extraction with him that’s how much trust he has earned from me. The clinic assistants also deserve big praise. They are experienced, friendly, and very helpful, which made me feel even more at ease.😊 I highly recommend Dr. Karan to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only skilled but also truly cares about your comfort. 👍👍😀

The dentist (Dr Winston Lim) was very professional, patience and gentle, explained every step in details clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The procedure was almost painless.
