Q & M Dental Surgery — Gombak MRT

I have been with Q & M for almost 10 over years now. Dr Chia Xue Yin is very professional, experienced and gentle. She extracted my molar tooth 2 years ago. The whole process was a breeze. Dr Ho King Peng is equally professional, skillful and highly experience. He studied my X-ray and give very sound advice. He also gave a few options for me to decide. I have no fear at all. His skill in extraction is super-fast! Only 5 mins for my molar tooth! The counter staff and dental assistants are warm and friendly and highly effective as well. Kudos to Q&M Bukit Gombak MRT!

I called the Gombak (MRT) branch to check if there was any available slot for today. Although I was initially informed that the schedule was fully booked, the staff kindly took the time to listen to my request and managed to find a slot for me. Dr. Kong was very kind and patient, and explained my dental condition clearly and in detail. I really appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for the past 1.5 years for my braces and I’m really happy with the services! From extracting my teeth to regular visits for my braces treatment, the dentists are very efficient and friendly. Dr Mohan is my orthodontist and regular sessions are quick and there’s little waiting time. He is very kind and patient. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is calming and not daunting. Would definitely recommend getting your dental services here, for all ages.
