I recently had a visit to the Orchard branch for a filling, scaling, and polishing, and chance upon Dr Li who was from CCK branch and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Li is truly outstanding—he was incredibly informative throughout every step of the process, taking the time to explain the findings and the procedures clearly. His work is meticulous; I felt completely at ease knowing I was in the hands of such a precise professional. The filling was done flawlessly, and the scaling and polishing left my teeth feeling perfectly clean. I am highly satisfied with the entire visit and confidently recommend Dr. Li to CCK as well.

Dr Ng Ee Jean and her assistant were very professional and gentle. I went in with a painful toothache and found out that I needed to undergo wisdom tooth surgery. Dr Ng gave me the option to proceed immediately or, if I wasn’t ready, to take some time to prepare and return on another day. Regardless, she patiently guided me through the procedure and advised me accordingly. As the pain was unbearable, I decided to go ahead with the surgery on the spot. I’ve had unpleasant experiences at the dentist when I was younger, which made dental visits feel very daunting to me. However, Dr Ng and her assistant continuously checked in on me and reassured me throughout the entire procedure. It turned out to be a positive and comfortable experience, and I’m very grateful for that. The reception staff were also extremely friendly and cheerful, creating a calm and welcoming environment before my consultation. Seeing how nervous I was after Dr Ng administered the local anaesthesia, they even gave me a stress toy to hold onto as I was trembling in fear — a small gesture that meant a lot. The customer service is top-notch and professional. They reminded me of my upcoming appointment the day before and followed up a few days after the surgery to check on my recovery. Additionally, they provided a detailed dental health report after the visit, outlining what was done and offering clear advice on aftercare and how to manage my dental health. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. Every little initiative by the staff at Q&M Dental Surgery (Choa Chu Kang) added up and helped make the entire process far less daunting.
