Dr. Denzil Kiang and his team delivered an exceptionally professional experience! I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon (20 Sept 2025) with a packed waiting room, yet the queue moved remarkably quickly. In total, I waited slightly over half an hour from my appointment time, which I feel is reasonable. Dr. Kiang was warm and friendly, taking the time to clearly explain my condition and every step of the procedure—which instantly put my nerves at ease. The extraction was swift and quite painless, over before I knew it. His skilled assistant, as well as the receptionist, Connie, rounded out a truly outstanding visit. Highly recommend!

Around 12 noon, after making several phone calls, this was the only clinic that could accommodate a last-minute tooth extraction for my 69 years old mother. We were extremely relieved. The receptionist, Ms Connie, was friendly, patient, and very understanding throughout the process. She made a stressful situation much easier for us. A small but important detail: this clinic has a sit-down toilet (not squat), which is very helpful for elderly patients. Dr Chan Li Lin was gentle, friendly, and very thoughtful. Before beginning, she asked which language my mum speaks so she could communicate comfortably. We really appreciated her attentiveness and care. My mother shared that the injection was painless, and throughout the procedure, Dr Chan kept checking to ensure she was comfortable and not in pain. While the X-ray costs $120, the clinic provides a comprehensive PDF report of over 20 pages sent via email, which most clinics do not offer. The report is extremely detailed and clearly explains the status of every tooth. I feel this is definitely money well spent. Overall, a very positive experience. Truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by both the doctor and staff. Highly recommended.

I was in so much pain because of my wisdom tooth. Called the clinic in the morning to check if I can just walk in. MDM Connie the receptionist was kind enough to check and told me I can come at 5pm Went there and I got Dr Denzil. I think he must be the best dentist I’ve ever had.. the way he talk and explained every single detail made me calm. Throughout the surgery he made sure to ask me if I’m ok. Overall a very good experience for me.. Thank you to Dr Denzil and his team and also the sweet mdm Connie the receptionist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
