During the consultation, Dr. Peggy Chan was professional and patiently explained the differences between treatment options. The surgery itself was a surprisingly calm experience. Dr. Peggy Chan, Ling Ser Chin and Tai Chui Ling (the dental assistants) were wonderfully warm, constantly reassuring me to relax and stay calm. The procedure was completely painless. A particularly touching moment was when the dental assistant gently patted my shoulder to soothe me; it was such a kind gesture that made me feel genuinely cared for. I am profoundly thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, empathy, and outstanding patient care. I highly recommend this clinic without any reservation
