Dr Tengku believes in teaching us how to manage the way we chew our food, how to manage our stress and rest our tongue on the roof of our mouth so we don’t clench our teeth unconsciously during the day, which results in Bruxism. He has helped me and my family tremendously by educating us, so that we may take charge of our oral hygiene and health instead of relying on him. I no longer suffer from bruxism or headaches and sore jaws when I wake up. Over time, my face shape is no longer squarish - due to the strong clenching muscles. His thoughtfulness and care for his patients has transformed my life in so many ways and we need more dentists like him. Dr Tengku believes in the importance of keeping as many natural teeth as you can, and will not push you to do invasive surgeries or treatment - preferring to teach you how to maintain good oral hygiene so that an existing problem does not worsen. Dr Tengku is very fastidious about hygiene and his clinic is super clean. He has a long wait list, please be on time (early) if you have an appointment. His nurses may take a while to get back to you (on WhatsApp), please have compassion for Dr Tengku and his team who works super hard for us.

Dr Tengku has been my Dr since I was 12 years old. I am 33 now and even I moved out of Singapore 4 years ago, I still fly for a consultation with him.
