Dr Benjamin Tan is fantastic and wonderful, both as a dental specialist and also as a person. He is highly experienced and clearly skillful, yet he is humble and friendly. I have seen him regularly for over a decade, and he has helped to resolve whatever dental concerns and issues of mine over the years, always in a calm and reassuring manner. Indeed, I genuinely believe that any dental patient would be in good hands under his care. His dental assistants and counter personnel also generally provide high service standards, so thumbs up to them too. Thanks again, Dr Tan and his staff!

A close friend recommended Assoc Prof Benjamin Tan after her wisdom tooth surgery with him. I had not visited his clinic previously as it is not under any insurance scheme, but I had no choice a week ago when I was in severe pain throughout the night and could not sleep. Thankfully, I was able to see him within an hour of calling the next morning as there was an available slot. Assoc Prof Tan was careful in assessing the cause of my pain and examining my teeth, and he also involved Prof Nicholas Phay in the process. When the decision was made to extract the wisdom tooth, the procedure was done quickly and painlessly that I did not even realise the tooth had been removed. It was a different experience from my previous wisdom tooth extraction at another clinic, where I felt more pressure and anxiety. Assoc Prof Tan is patient and takes the time to listen to you. His down-to-earth manner helps put patients at ease, especially for someone like me who has a fear of pain. I am very grateful for the smooth and painless procedure. I would also like to thank Prof Nicholas Phay. He is gentle in his approach and explains what he is going to do next so that you know what to expect. The clinic staff also deserve thanks for their good service.
