Polygems Dental Care Yishun — Dental Clinic

Brought my young daughter to Polygems Yishun for an emergency surgery. Receptionist, Joanna was highly responsive and service level was exceptional. Dr. Chua was very patient, highly professional, and swift in his surgery considering young daughter being fidgety. My kids and myself will definitely be engaging their services from now on. Thank you.

Was first time here yesterday for a chip tooth which leave a sharp edge on the tooth that causes irritation and pain to my tongue, could not eat properly. The doc and staffs there are very friendly and ensure everything went smoothly without delay. Doc could tell that I was somewhat nervous and his assurance makes me feels calmer. I need a surgery to remove the chip tooth, the doc and nurse told me it will take about 15 to 20 mins but it took less than 5 mins and it was done. The after support service was great as well, after the surgery, I have some questions, whatsapp them and they reply quite fast. Not only that, they whatsapp me the following day and check on my condition. Overall, great experience with this clinic and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I have nothing much to say except for positive thing regarding my visit on 26/09/2025. From the admin to the dental officer, they are professional, very clear in explanation and polite. I have 2 tooths extracted on my right hand side the back, top and bottom. Needless to say, Dr Chua is really skillful and reassuring in performing the procedure. My visit until the end was a pleasant one. The surgery was so quick and painless with very very minimal discomfort. Thank you so much.
