Pang & Ng Dental Surgery (Bishan)

The ladies dentists are very detailed and gentle. There are 2 males and 2 ladies dentist attending to the dental clinic on rotation with the other clinic at Kovan. Dr Ng a very motherly dentist that is very concerned for her patient comfort and pain level when she was working on my tooth. Dont feel pain during the dental procedures. Feel good all along the procedures.

Thank you to Dr Rachel Pang Hui Yi. She is so gentle and very patient while explaining every details to me. I am very very very scared although I went to consult her about my problem teeth. With her explanation after the she took some photos of my teeth, I understand what need to be done. She is the best doctor and she also have a very friendly dental assistant to assist her. I was being attended to by Dr Ian Pang. Dr Pang was very patient, professional and sensitive towards patient's needs. Dr Pang spent considerable amount of time to explain the issue from his perspective and the various options - along with the pros and cons for each - before letting me make the final decision. I am confident that I had made the correct decision based on the amount of details he provided. I also admitted to him that I have issues with injections and Dr Pang assured me that the discomfort will be minimal. Indeed I can feel that he is patiently administering the anesthetic very slowly - even with my eyes closed. The nurses at the clinic had also done a fabulous job. They are friendly, courteous and very supportive. I think the team work is very clear. I feel positive energy from everyone I encountered at there. I strongly recommend this clinic and am confident that you will also get the proper assessment and information to aid in your decision making.
