We had a dental emergency for our helper this morning and the clinic really exceeded our expectations. They were happy to accept walk in on a Sunday. The reasonable charges made decision making even better for us.Everyone in the clinic from the receptionist to the Doctor was helpful and extremely polite while I juggled my helper and baby between the treatment. Kudos Dr Chen and your wonderful team. Thank you for treating her well!

Highly recommend - 6 out of 5 stars! Immensely grateful to Dr Chen. I was in severe 10/10 pain last evening from a root canal treatment at another clinic. My husband called, they empathised with my condition and squeezed me into their last appointment at 7.15pm on a Friday night when they totally did not need to. When I went in, I was in such severe pain that I vomited thrice and was shivering. Clinic assistants Bee Geok and Ning Rong were very caring and empathetic although they were very busy. They managed to help me request for anaesthesia from Dr first as I could not endure the pain any longer. I felt like I was going to pass out. Dr Chen was calm, compassionate and did not dismiss what I was going through. He listened, believed me and helped me immediately. After the skilful extraction, it was the first time in days that I could breathe and sleep without agony. I was so emotional and cried uncontrollably at the clinic and thanked Dr Chen for saving my life. He was competent and humble. Thank you for extending your hours at a last minute notice to save a desperate patient like me. It was already almost 9pm but he still explained the situation patiently to me and my husband and gave us time to discuss with no pressure. Thank you Dr Chen, Ning Rong and Bee Geok for your kindness. I am forever grateful. They really have a genuine heart for the patients and 医德.

I went to fix my broken retainer and had my teeth cleaned at the same time. I’m usually very afraid of the pain during cleaning, but it was my first time seeing Dr. Jocelyn and she was so patient and kind, always checking if I was alright. Thank you so much.
