I had a great experience at this dental clinic! The dentist, Jin Jing, was incredibly calm and soft-spoken, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain my dental condition and made sure I understood everything clearly. What I appreciated most was how she let me know exactly what she was doing and why. It made the whole process feel transparent and reassuring. She also checked in with me several times to make sure I was comfortable throughout the routine. Before I left, she encouraged me to floss regularly and shared helpful tips to improve my oral care. Overall, a very professional, caring, and patient-centered experience. Highly recommended!
