We had a fantastic dental experience at Nuffield Dental Westgate. Both my daughter and I are treated by Dr Tho Loo Yee, and she has truly become my trusted go-to dentist. I’ve had teeth whitening and regular cleanings done by her, and every visit has been comfortable and reassuring. She is gentle, professional, and very thorough, which gives me great confidence in her care. As we step into the clinic, the first impression was wow! So modern spacious and it doesn’t feel like I’m inside a clinic at all. The place is bright, and spacious, with ample seating in the waiting areas. The staff are always polite, welcoming, and well-organised, ensuring that I’m seen on time at every appointment. The treatment rooms are spacious so we don’t feel claustrophobic and the coolest thing is there is a tv on the ceiling! My daughter also had her Invisalign treatment done by Dr Tho, and we are extremely pleased with the results. She is now wearing her retainers and couldn’t be happier with her new smile. Overall, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and would highly recommend Dr Tho Loo Yee and the team at Nuffield Dental Westgate.

My daughter was in a lot of pain due to her tooth, and I’m very thankful for the excellent care we received. The clinic assistant was extremely prompt, kind, and helpful, and advised us to come down immediately. The dentist was amazing—gentle, friendly, and even funny, which helped my daughter relax and forget about her pain. The extraction was done very quickly and smoothly, and my daughter said she felt no pain at all. Super impressed with the professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

absolutly the best dental experiance ive ever had. from the moment i walked into the spotless office with its welcoming waiting area i felt at ease. the front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles and handled everything efficently no long waits. the entire team were incredibely professional kind and attentive. they explained every step of my procedur clearly answered all my questions without rushing and made sure i was comftorble throughout even with my usual dental anxeity. the treatment was painless thorogh and the results are fantastic my smile has never looked beter. this clinic truely cares about their patients. highly recomend to anyone looking for top notch dental care in a relaxing enviroment. if i could give more than 5 stars i would.
