Noble Dental Surgery — Ang Mo Kio BLK452

I have been visiting Noble for about a year plus coming to 2 years cos i m consistent, meaning every 6 months, i will go for dental checks. Been seeing Dr Vivian Siu Ka-Yan all along. So, bear in mind, this review is only on Dr Vivian, I am not sure about other dentist at this branch because going for dental can be a scary journey for some, if you have found a good one, you will most probably want to treasure the dentist, this is my opinion only. So far, my appointment has not been delayed. The place is very clean. The staff at the counter is very friendly and always calls me to remind me of my appointment. The assistant assisting Dr Vivian is also very attentive and efficient, i said so cos i used to worked as a dental assistant in the past, so i understand. Thank you for your hard work. One thing i Like about Dr Vivian is that she is very caring, she always asked me for update on my health before she starts the process. In ALL my past dental visits in the past at other dental clinics, none has done that. Cos I have chronic migraine, i think Dr Vivian attentiveness and caring appoach is different and helps alot! They also provide a shade to wear during the entire process so my eyes doesnt hurt cos the light is very bright, what a great idea! The chair is super relaxing.. And this is the only dental clinic that provide shades so far :)..Dr Vivian also very patiently answer my questions, she is very knowledgeable, humble and down to earth. She will point out to me the issue on my tooth and suggest solutions to me. I m very grateful I found Dr Vivian and I will stick to her for good. But I hope the bill wont go up though cos I noticed the Topical Fluoride has gone up by SGD9.50 compared to my last visit bill. But to be honest, if i dont have chas, its quite expensive. But it won't affect my reviews. I tell the truth. Thank you for reading and hope this help those who are searching for a dentist! Give Dr Vivian a try!

This clinic is truly excellent! Dr.Heng is very patient, listens carefully to the condition, making me feel very at ease. They have a warm and friendly attitude, showing no impatience at all. Most importantly, their medical skills are outstanding, and the treatment was very effective, helping me recover quickly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied—definitely a 5-star rating!

This was my first visit to the clinic and it was a good experience. The staffs were welcoming and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Dr Vivian was the dentist that performed my cleaning and polishing procedure and she was very gentle, giving me a painless cleaning process. Overall, a very positive experience.
