I had my wisdom tooth extracted today. Last week, I came in for a routine cleaning and Dr Divya identified a few cavities, one of which was caused by my wisdom tooth. As someone who has always been afraid of extractions, I was very nervous. But with Dr Divya’s guidance and reassurance, I decided to go ahead. The whole procedure was almost painless. Apart from a slight tingling during the first injection. The extraction itself took about 15 minutes, and throughout the process Dr Divya checked in on me regularly, which really put me at ease. In the end, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared. The entire experience was smooth and seamless. Thank you so much to Dr Divya and the team for the excellent care!

Having traveled from Iowa in USA to Singapore to compete in the World Aquatics Masters World Championships, I had a front tooth break is post and Dr Divya Sing and her staff found a way to slip me into to busy schedule of the New Port Dental group. Dr Divya sing amd her team were extremy courteous and professional nnas they devised away to reestablish the tooth position so that I could continue the compilton without the worry of my tooth falling out in the pool. Thanks to Dr Singh I was able to achieve my swimming and water polo goals. Something I do like about Newport Dental, is that it is a female-led environment. With my experience, female doctors and medical professionals take the pain levels and feedback of their female patients more seriously and with respect, which is something that I have found to be true with the entire Newport Dental team. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant to Dr Divya Singh herself, the entire team was patient and thoughtful throughout my entire recovery process i had to go through with my tooth. I want to say "I hate dentists" but that would not be a fair statement. What would be a more accurate statement is that "I hate dental work". I hate anything to do with my teeth so when I needed a tooth extraction done, you can imagine that was pretty much my worst nightmare. Now, I really can't say "I hate dentists" because I really like Dr Divya Singh. Her gentle but firm approach to my dental health is something I like and respect very much. Highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a dentist.
