Private Dental Clinic - A private practise auntie who is patient and kind to my daughter when I bring her to the clinic urgently to pluck her milk tooth. No hassle and fuss free from my daughter. Kudos to Dr Tay~~!

Very experienced and gentle lady dentist. Pls call to make appointment. She did my filling without me experiencing much pain. And one look she tell me i ate too much hard food which no dentist bother to warn me and she w take her time to find out your medical conditions n allergies instead of rushing into it. She makes sure u are confortable and at ease before Starting.

Just visited this dental clinic today. Had made an appointment on the phone and clearly stated it was for regular cleaning as I wanted to do basic cleaning/scaling and polishing using CHAS. Was greeted by a friendly dentist Dr. Tay, who told me everything was claimable. The whole treatment experience was good with detailed explanation of how to care for the teeth. When the bill came i got a shock, it was $210 ($159.50 after deducting CHAS subsidy). Before the bill, she told me the CHAS claim for consultation was cumbersome and so we won't spend time on that. I didn't réalisé what that meant when she told me. I just thought there was no consultation. Anyhow, there was also a $20 charge for consumables (under other procedures). I just paid and left as i had a flight to catch. If anyone visits this clinic, please clarify all the charges beforehand and check the bill and enquire all details. And process the CHAS claim for consultation too. I gave three stars because I believe the dentist had a good approach in working with the patient (me). But the way that the charges were made without me being told in advance is in my opinion wrong. Well, on a positive note, i learnt that I shouldn't assume that things will be the same at every clinic, and that friendliness aside, business is business. Happy New Year.
