Second visit to Neo Smiles, and once again a great experience. Dr. Dennis Tng was especially patient and built a great rapport with my kids (4 and 6 years old). He remembered their preferences from the previous visit, kept them engaged with light jokes, and remained professional throughout. Highly recommended for families with young children!

It is my first experience with the clinic. Called and arranged an impromptu appointment for my helper as she is experiencing pain on her tooth. Ivy is friendly and helpful in appointment schedule. As I’m not with my helper, she updated me of the status, the next steps and the costs involved. It helps me much with the decision making necessary for my helper. Thanks to Dr Pramilah who attends to my helper. Explaining the root cause to her pains. Also the next recommendation to improve her condition. It is a good experience since things are done in my absence. I will continue to engage the services and also recommend the clinic should anyone need one.

Dr Dennis was so easy and fun to work with! During the consultation, I was able to share comfortably what are the things I want adjusted/fixed with braces. Everyone was very patient with me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am so pleased with my results and I highly recommend Neo Smiles! Thanks for everything :D
