I’m not exactly the type to visit the dentist, let alone an orthodontist, but I feel so lucky to have found this clinic through Reddit and even luckier to have been treated by Dr. Poon Kee Hwang. I started my Invisalign journey in September 2023 and completed it in July 2025, including a wisdom tooth extraction, and my smile has improved dramatically – my underbite is no longer an issue! Dr. Poon is a true professional. She didn’t just “set and forget” my treatment plan; she closely analyzed my progress during each visit and made necessary adjustments, including wear time, rubber band changes, and adding buttons where needed. I believe this attention to detail made the entire treatment more efficient and effective. She’s a workaholic, jumping between treatment rooms with efficiency and excitement, seeing one patient after another, yet always giving her full attention. Shoutout to Dr. Poon if you are reading this – please take it easy sometimes yea! The front desk/assistant team – Germaine, Lynn, Kishel, and Chaiying – were amazing, handling both administrative and chairside tasks so smoothly and great care. With Dr. Poon’s expertise and such a wonderful team, the whole process felt seamless and reassuring. Special thanks also to Sam, who was part of the team earlier. The clinic use the DentalMonitoring app as part of the treatment, which was super helpful in tracking progress and keeping everything on schedule. I’d also like to thank Dr. Anthony for my wisdom tooth extraction, done with great care. Overall, the team made the entire experience very assuring. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about Invisalign or orthodontic treatment to seek out Dr. Poon Kee Hwang – you’ll be in excellent hands! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
