My daughter had her braces done by Dr Lim. She has had a very comfortable and happy experience with all the staff members. She also gets her teeth scaled and polished here and great job is done. Friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to unexpected brace or retainer related issues that occur and they squeeze us in for an appointment the following day. We are Very happy with the overall experience.

I underwent orthodontic treatment with Dr Lim from February 2022 to May 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, Dr Lim was professional and clear in explaining my treatment options. He recommended traditional metal braces instead of Invisalign due to the complexity of my case, and he gave me a realistic estimate of how long the process would take. Throughout the treatment, Dr Lim personally handled every adjustment, which I really appreciated. At each visit, he explained what he was about to do, guided me carefully on how to use elastics, and always checked on how I was adapting. I particularly liked how there's a mirror on Dr Lim's goggles so that I can see the adjustments that is being done during the treatment Dr Lim was approachable, friendly, and skilful. Thanks to his technique, I never once had abrasions or ulcers from the brackets, and I hardly needed to use the orthodontic wax provided. Dr Lim's approach is always to minimize extraction wherever possible but that wasn't possible in my case as my jaw was simply too small to align all my teeth neatly. While I do wish painkillers were prescribed after my extractions, it wasn’t an issue since I could easily buy Panadol outside. Over the 3 years, my bite and smile improved dramatically. My teeth are now aligned, cleaning them is much easier, and my overall dental hygiene has improved significantly. I feel more confident and much happier with my smile. The clinic staff were also very friendly, scheduling was convenient through WhatsApp, and the clinic environment was always clean and comfortable. I am very grateful for Dr Lim and his team’s care and dedication. I highly recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment, and I think children especially would benefit from visiting him early so preventive steps can be taken as their teeth develop. I could go on and on about the positives but my experience here has been nothing short of amazing.
