Dr Joanne and team were friendly, patient and provided a fuss-free maintainence appointment: My 1st time here for a long overdue check up, and a molar that was causing some bleeding from gum. Counter staff updated my address upon realising, that it was different from previous visit at Minmed Jem. Dr Joanne was clear in her explanation and conducted the cleaning, scaling and fluoride treatment in an orderly manner. She also explained what was causing my issue, and suggested ways to better handle my dental health moving forward. Her assistants were attentive and respectful. During payment, staff further clarified the Chas Orange subsidies I was entitled to. She also detailed the charges, and how it would be itemised in invoice to be received via email. Appreciated the concise and straightforward service. Booked ahead on their website the night before. Only thing that I forgot was to use the promo code (westside) on their website, and ask about it during my visit. Otherwise it may have been only $98 🥲

I felt pain and came down to see doctor and the doctor so skilful and remove my wisdom tooth! I don’t feel pain just more of scare. I love their service the nurse dentist all so nice they will comfort me like a baby when I feel sad hahaha

The dentist is very experienced and is able to explain about my dental issues. Very highly recommended.
