Dr. John is punctual, professional, caring, and effective in his work. The reception staff appear to be polite, patient, and outgoing especially towards older patients, contrary to earlier comments.

Grew up visiting the GP, Dr Chua. I have consistently experienced skilled treatment and quick intervention where alternative clinics may have hesitated. While the counter nurse may appear as some other reviews suggest, the nurses are patient with elderly and children even during more busy hours and apt in dealing with entitled people. The rates remain comparatively low and fair over the near 2 decades my family has been here. Good things rarely require loud praise, the clinic is favoured by neighbourhood and thus a waiting time can be expected. I was searching for the operating hours of the clinic to double check when I saw the reviews, thought I should speak up about the service this clinic has offered for the neighbourhood over the years.

Instead of listening to me carefully, doctor often interrupted me and looked impatient. Their tone was very stiff and did not show empathy or understanding. It is already stressful to see a doctor, and receiving treatment in this way will make the experience worse.
